Eligibility Requirements

Casa El Buen Samaritano provides free healthcare to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• No form of health insurance, including CHIP, Medicaid, or private insurance

• Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

Required Documentation

Patients must bring:

• Photo ID (government-issued or foreign ID)

• Proof of income for each working household member (acceptable forms include a recent paycheck stub, tax return, or employer letter)​

Clinic Hours

(Appointments required—walk-ins are not accepted)​

• Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Wednesdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Fasting Blood Work (Second Saturday of each month): 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM

• Saturday Refugee Clinic for Middle Eastern Refugees: Please call for more information.​
